Marco Tardelli : Inter Have The Strongest Squad In Europe
Former Inter coach Marco Tardelli believes his old club have the strongest squad in Europe and that they have already written their name on this year's Scudetto.
The 1982 World Cup winner coached the Nerazzurri during the 2000/01 season but he was given the boot for a poor run of results.
Jose Mourinho has a strong list of players at his disposal and he has begun the defence of last season's Tricolore win well.
Tardelli believes the Milanese side have an unrivalled squad and a fourth straight Scudetto win is on the cards.
"I would say that Inter's squad has nothing to fear from the rest not just in Italy, but in Europe also," Tardelli told Tuttosport.
"I think the Nerazzurri have the strongest squad with respect to the rest of the European leagues.
"The Scudetto? I think that it's Inter's to lose to be honest."
Mourinho's men have built a six point gap over their main challengers in Serie A and they travel to Lazio on Saturday night hoping to make it nine.
