More Wolves Injuried In Rome

The Giallorossi are currently preparing for their match against last-placed Chievo on Saturday and coach Luciano Spalletti will be pleased to recover two important members of the starting XI ahead of the meeting with the Flying Donkeys.

Roma Injury Update

Philippe Mexes and Christian Panucci have been carrying slight knocks, but were able to train without difficulty at Trigoria on Tuesday.

Defender Marco Cassetti was taken off during the match against Fiorentina on Sunday and did not join his teammates in their exercises on Tuesday, but is expected to recover in time for the match in Verona.

Meanwhile, David Pizzarro, Max Tonetto, and Alberto Aquilani are all certain to miss out.

The Chilean midfielder has swelling in his knee that has not allowed him to train properly. Meanwhile, former Lecce player Tonetto is dealing with a problem with his achilles tendon.

Italian international Alberto Aquilani will not be available on the weekend, but could make his return for I Lupi's highly important Champions League fixture against Girondins Bordeaux on December 9.
