Zeman : Mourinho Just Like Me, But He Bring Nothing to Italy...

Zdenek Zeman has been one of Italian football's most controversial figures over the past several weeks, but on Wednesday he offered his opinion on another coach who is famous for being outspoken.

Zdenek Zeman Compares Himself To Mourinho

"(Jose) Mourinho is one of the few who says what he is thinking and I am also someone who says whatever's on my mind," he said at an event hosted by Inter Club.

"On the tactical level, I don't think that Mourinho has brought huge changes," explained the former Foggia coach. "He has provided a list of players who are very important and therefore has many choices. In regards to managing the group, he does so with great personality."

Zeman then turned his attention to one of his former pupils, Roma's Francesco Totti: "He is one of the great talents of Italian football, but it is normal you can go through bad periods. However, in his case it is only because of injuries."

Zeman's last coaching job was at Red Star Belgrade, where he was sacked after a series of poor results with the Serbian club.
